Coaching

Customized training plan:  I  meet with you to develop a customized training plan focused on achieving your goals for a specific event.  Typically no ongoing coaching with this option.
Monthly Coaching:  I provide a customized monthly training plan.  We meet monthly, in person or via phone conversation, to discuss and review your progress and create a new plan for the next month.
Personalized monthly coaching:  Plan will be delivered 2-3 weeks at a time.  Weekly communication allows me to monitor your progress and adjust/modify your plan as needed.
Race pacing or in-person workouts: negotiable, depending on availability.

Nagging is free of charge.  I try to keep it to a minimum, but I am a wife and mom after all.
